Women in Research Day

On Saturday, April 2, 2005, several dynamic women from prominent Boston research laboratories will converge at the Museum of Science's Current Science & Technology Center. The Women in Research will give short introductory talks throughout the day, and chat with visitors and junior high and high school girls. Women in varied science fields will have an opportunity to tell the girls why they chose a science career, how they did it and what excites them about their science. The girls will be exposed to the many exciting career opportunities that science offers, and women's unique and valuable contribution to these fields.
